Open Play FAQs

What are the Open Play hours?

Our Open Play sessions run daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We recommend checking our website, social media or give us a call to check for private events and booking online in advance to guarantee your spot, especially on weekends!

Are socks required for play?

Yes, grip socks are required for all children entering the play zone for safety and hygiene. Adults entering the padded areas must also wear socks. Don't worry if you forget yours—we have them available for purchase at the front desk.

Is there a time limit for Open Play?

Standard Open Play passes are good for a 2-hour session of exploration and fun. Members enjoy unlimited play time during our regular business hours.

What is the age limit for children?

Our playground is specifically designed for children ages 0-10. We have a dedicated soft-play toddler zone to ensure our littlest guests can play safely away from the bigger explorers.

Parties

How far in advance should I book a party?

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially for weekend celebrations.

Can I bring my own decorations?

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own themed decorations and balloons to make the space your own.

Is food included in the party packages?

Only in the Deluxe package are 2 pizza's provided. We do have a add-on menu for food as well. There is $25 Bring Your Own Food fee to bring in outside food.

What is the cancellation policy for parties?

All deposits are non-refundable. Parties may be rescheduled with at least 7 days notice. No-show parties will be charged the full party amount.

Memberships

What are the main benefits of a Jumpin Jacks membership?

Members (6-month min membership) enjoy unlimited open play during all business hours, significant discounts on all birthday party packages, and exclusive access to sessions before the general public arrives. Plus, you'll receive your first pair of grip socks for free and 1 free coffee or refresher each month.

How do I sign up, and is there a commitment period?

You can sign up right here on our website or at the front desk. We offer flexible month-to-month plans with no long-term contracts, as well as discounted 6-month minimum requirement memberships for our most frequent explorers.

Can I use my membership for brothers and sisters?

Our memberships are per-child, but we offer multiple kid memberships as memberships are not shareable,

Waivers & Safety

Do I need to sign a waiver before playing?

Yes, every participant must have a signed waiver on file. For minors, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. You can sign it online in advance or at our check-in kiosk.

What are your grip sock policies?

Safety first! All children and adults entering the play zones must wear approved grip socks. These prevent slips and maintain hygiene. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk if you forget yours.

How do you keep the playground clean?

We take hygiene seriously. Our zones are sanitized daily with hospital-grade, kid-safe cleaners. We also conduct deep cleaning sessions often and have hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility.

Is staff supervision provided?

Our Jacks Crew monitors play zones to ensure safety rules are followed, but Jumpin Jacks Zone is a parent-supervised facility. Parents must remain on-site at all times while children are playing.

Cafe & Food

Can I bring outside food or drinks into the zone?

No, we kindly ask that no outside food or drinks be brought into Jumpin Jacks Zone, with the exception of baby food and water bottles.

What kind of coffee do you serve in the Café?

Not to brag but we have the best coffee in town! We serve premium, locally roasted coffee and a selection of specialty lattes and teas. We use organic milks & have some house made syrups. Our goal is to provide parents with a high-quality cafe experience while their children play safely nearby.
